Following a six month process in conjunction with the FCA, Greenpoint Capital has been approved by the FCA as a small UK alternative investment fund manager.  The finalisation of the process with the FCA brings to a close the management buyout of Southernwood Capital which was initiated in June 2025.  Greenpoint Capital will now take on the fund management of the Southernwood Residential I and II real estate funds.
