Greenpoint Capital, led by Irvine Robertson, has acquired the entire share capital of Southernwood Capital the business he founded in 2014.  The management buyout of Southernwood brings the wider Greenpoint Group to the forefront, blending both Greenpoint Capital as fund manager and Greenpoint Living as property operator.

The move will see the remaining non-executive partners retire from the business with Irvine Robertson leading both the strategic direction but also the day to day business of the Southernwood funds.

The transfer of fund manager from Southernwood Capital to Greenpoint Capital will be subject to regulatory approval.
