Irvine is the founder and CEO of Greenpoint.

Establishing the original Southernwood real estate business in 2014, Irvine launched two successive property funds and subsequently led each transaction from origination to completion creating an institutional portfolio of assets. Irvine founded the wider Greenpoint Group, encapsulating both Greenpoint Capital and Greenpoint Living in 2024 and led the management buyout of Southernwood Capital in 2025. He is the fund manager of the Southernwood Residential I and II real estate funds focusing on investor relations, structured lending and the maximisation of the funds’ performance.

Prior to Greenpoint Irvine was a debt capital markets lawyer at Allen & Overy in London. He holds a degree in management studies from Aberdeen University and a degree in law from the University of Glasgow.

Associate Director

Emma is an Associate Director and Head of Property Operations; leading the Greenpoint Living operational platform.

Emma joined Southernwood Capital in 2023 moving with her team in the management buy-out by Greenpoint Capital in 2025. Prior to this Emma spent nine years working in property management roles and was most latterly an Associate Director at Ezytrac Property Group; managing a portfolio of over a three hundred and fifty properties across England.

Emma has degree in Law from the University of Lincoln and is a Fellow of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents.

Jose Gouveia

Senior Property Manager

Jose is a Senior Property manager working primarily within the Greenpoint Living operational platform. His focus is on the northern regional portfolio of Greenpoint.

Prior to joining Greenpoint Jose spent 4 years as property manager at Uni2Rent in Nottingham, a provider of premium university accommodation.

Jose is a keen footballer and enjoys giving back to the community sharing his skills as a team player.

Kaine is a Property Manager in the Greenpoint Living operations team. His focus is on the southern regional portfolio of Greenpoint.

Prior to joining Greenpoint Kaine spent two years working for Acute Business Advisory in Nottingham building their sales book of tax advisory clients. Prior to this Kaine was a lettings and property operator at Royston & Lund.

Kaine has worked in both legal, business advisory and property related services and brings a client focused approach to Greenpoint.

Funsi Ogunleye

Funsi Ogunleye

Finance Assistant

Funsi is a Finance Assistant at Greenpoint; working across both the Greenpoint Capital and Greenpoint Living platforms.

Prior to joining Greenpoint Funsi spent 3 years working for Kingdom Bank in Nottingham in their accounting team. Prior to this Funsi notably worked for both Foresight Group in their asset management team and more latterly for ZF Group in Nottingham in their finance team.

Funsi has an honours degree in Accounting and Finance from Nottingham Trent University.
